New Year’s Eve at Dill is a single seated tasting menu, starting at 8pm and running through until after midnight. The menu is a collaborative effort from the kitchen team, with two courses designed by different members of the team. There will be one sitting only, with very limited seats.

About the event
New Year’s Eve at Dill will be a single seated tasting menu, beginning at 8pm and running through until after midnight.
The evening will centre around a multi course tasting menu created collaboratively by the kitchen team, with two courses designed by different members of the team alongside the core Dill offering.
There will be one sitting only, with limited seats, allowing the kitchen and front of house teams to run the evening at the right pace.
The New Year’s Eve tasting menu is priced at £100 per head, plus service. Drinks will be available on the night.
